Job Description:
- Develop and coordinate retail strategies across dealer and showroom networks to achieve national sales objectives.
- Monitor and analyze retail performance data, providing insights and recommendations to improve sales and customer experience.
- Ensure consistent implementation of brand standards, retail operations procedures, and promotional activities across all retail channels.
- Act as the key liaison between Head Office and retail partners, ensuring effective execution of campaigns, product launches, and operational initiatives.
- Identify retail management issues in stores, provide solutions, and drive improvement in store sell-out and profitability.
- Support retail network development by providing market intelligence, competitor analysis, and evaluation of new business opportunities.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Retail, or related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in retail operations, dealer management, or trade marketing (automotive, consumer goods, or related industries preferred).
- Strong business acumen with ability to analyze sales performance and provide actionable insights.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
- Fluent in English is a must; proficiency in Chinese (Mandarin) is a strong advantage.
- Willing to travel occasionally to retail networks (dealers).
