We are a young, rapidly growing company seeking an experienced and data-driven Paid Media Specialist to be the driving force behind our customer acquisition and conversion campaigns. This is a high-impact role for a strategic thinker ready to take full ownership of our paid digital channels and directly accelerate business growth.

Important Note on Experience :

This role is strictly for candidates with a proven track record in driving sales conversions and high-quality lead generation. Candidates whose primary experience is limited to only awareness, engagement, or general traffic campaigns will not be accepted. We need a hands-on expert in developing, launching, and analyzing advanced digital media strategies for maximum return.

Core Responsibilities

As our Paid Media Specialist, you will manage the full lifecycle of our paid advertising efforts across multiple platforms:

  • Strategy & Planning:

  • Formulate and execute comprehensive Performance Marketing strategies primarily focused on driving tangible conversions (sales, high-quality leads) across major platforms (Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, YouTube, etc.).

  • Research advertising trends and determine impactful content to reach target customers.
  • Campaign Management & Execution:

  • Own the end-to-end execution of digital paid ad campaigns, from market research, budgeting, and sales monitoring to tracking and reporting.

  • Manage and optimize large-scale Advertising & Promotion (A&P) budgets to ensure maximum efficiency and effectiveness in customer acquisition.
  • Proactively manage and optimize campaigns day-to-day to achieve target KPIs (Cost Per Lead, ROAS).
  • Analysis & Optimization:

  • Measure campaign performance through analytics tools (Google Analytics, etc.) and provide actionable insights.

  • Utilize advanced data analysis (including proficiency in Excel) to continuously refine ad spend, reduce critical metrics like CPA, and maximize ROAS/ROI.
  • Generate regular campaign performance reports and provide data-driven recommendations.
  • Creative & Collaboration:

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with the Marketing, Sales, and Business Development teams.

  • Work with the team on brainstorming, planning, and execution to create ads that attract attention and persuade people to purchase.
  • Coordinate with and oversee external digital agencies when necessary, holding them accountable to conversion-focused KPIs.
  • Industry Expertise:

  • Conduct researching and analyzing competitors.

  • Stay updated on the latest news and information related to digital marketing.

Key Requirements & Qualifications

We are looking for a candidate with advanced skills, high strategic thinking, and a strong analytical mindset.

Professional & Strategic

  • Minimum 3 years of dedicated experience as a Paid Media or Performance Marketing Specialist, managing complex, multi-platform campaigns with significant monthly budgets.
  • Advanced marketing skill and strategy for driving conversions.
  • Expertise with Prospecting Marketing, Retargeting, and Acquisition strategies.
  • Prior experience working within a digital performance or media buying agency is highly advantageous.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to multitask & prioritize duties.

Technical Proficiency

  • Platform Expertise: Expert knowledge and hands-on experience with Facebook, Google (Search & YouTube), TikTok, and other digital ads.
  • Conversion Tracking Mastery: Expert in setting up and troubleshooting paid ad conversion tracking, including platforms like Meta Pixel/Conversion API, Google Tag Manager (GTM), and UTM parameter creation.
  • Analytics Savvy: Advanced proficiency in leveraging tools such as Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and native platform analytics to scrutinize campaign data and derive insights.
  • Landing Page Optimization: Proven experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels, including the ability to build, manage, and optimize pages using platforms like WordPress with builders such as Elementor and contact form plugins.
  • Creative & Content: Ability to create attractive design and content concepts for ads.
  • SEO Fundamentals: A working knowledge of Search Engine Optimization (On-Page techniques) is beneficial, including the ability to write and manage basic SEO.
  • Inbound Marketing: Experience with web analytics, A/B testing, and inbound marketing tactics, including using smart CTAs and smart form features to optimize lead profiling.
