As a
Key Account Manager,
you will:

  • Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and increase market share within the Modern Trade (MT) channel.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, including major retailers and partners in the beauty industry.
  • Negotiate trading terms, promotions, and agreements to ensure mutual growth and profitability.
  • Monitor sales performance and analyze market trends to identify opportunities and address challenges.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, supply chain, finance) to ensure seamless execution of strategies and campaigns.
  • Oversee new product launches and promotional activities within the MT channel.
  • Track account performance and provide detailed sales and activity reports to senior management.
  • Ensure proper inventory management and availability of products in all accounts.
  • Identify potential new accounts and develop strategies to onboard them.

Requirements :

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in key account management, preferably within the beauty or FMCG industry.
  • Proven experience in managing accounts within the Modern Trade (MT) channel.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and market trends.
  • Experience in working with cross-functional teams to drive business success.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Willing to work from the office (WFO) in South Jakarta and travel as required.
