Requirement:
- Female with max. 30 years old
- Minimal Diploma (D3) from Accounting or Management.
- Experience in Cashier minimal 2 years.
- Familiar and has been knowledge in Administrative Work.
- Good communication skill both English and capable in writing report English.
- Computer literacy and familiar with office application tools.
- Strong analytical skill to prepare and all of administrative matters
Job Responsibility:
1. Cashier:
Making payments for travel expenses & operational costs in Jakarta
Recap of income tax and report to finance
Overtime consumption recap and report to HRD
Checking advance report
2. Admin HRD:
Collecting Leave Forms, Travel Order & Leave Permit Letter
Recording employee attendance
3. Admin GA:
Monitoring the validity of vehicle registration tax (STNK) & KIR test
Preparing the documents for the extension of the Vehicle Registration Tax (STNK) & Test KIR
Collecting & Scanning documents
