Key Responsibilities:
Project Management & Execution
Coordinate and manage the implementation of RV's various projects, such as B2C workshops, B2B partnerships, grant-based programs, and other partnership-driven initiatives.
Oversee the project flow from planning, execution, to reporting—ensuring that activities run on time, within budget, and aligned with goals.
Monitor timelines, track deliverables, and support team performance to meet project outcomes.
Internal Administration
Handle daily administrative tasks related to Recycling Village as a company, including organizing documents, managing correspondence, and updating internal records.
Proposal & Report Development
Draft and support the preparation of funding proposals and project reports (monthly, quarterly, or based on partner/donor requirements).
Collaborate with relevant teams to gather necessary data, metrics, and qualitative insights.
Internal Communication & Coordination
Facilitate smooth communication across internal teams to ensure alignment and effective collaboration.
Act as a coordination point between project, production, and external teams—including close coordination (both communication and technical aspects) with artisans (production team), vendors, and other operational stakeholders.
Support project-related updates, logistics, and cross-department workflows to maintain strong execution rhythm.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in any field (preferably Management, Social Sciences, or relevant areas).
At least 2 years of experience in project coordination, administration, or related roles.
Proficient in using Notion for organizing project tasks, documentation, and workflows.
Strong writing skills in both English and Indonesian (for proposals and reports).
High analytical thinking, with the ability to process, interpret, and communicate data and numbers clearly and effectively.
Strong attention to detail, especially in timelines, documentation, and communication.
Comfortable managing both internal communication and external coordination with diverse stakeholders (teams, artisans, vendors, partners).
