Job Scope/Description:

  • Educate, onboard, and acquire potential agents through structured telesales outreach and follow-ups.
  • Maintain, educate, and strengthen relationships with existing agents by providing product training, guidance on promos, and day-to-day support.
  • Monitor portfolio performance within your assigned area; track key metrics and implement corrective actions to improve results.
  • Execute targeted, strategic sales campaigns to meet weekly and monthly acquisition and revenue targets.
  • Increase agent productivity through upsell/cross-sell, activation driving, and best-practice sharing.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Minimum of one (1) year of experience in either online sales or telesales is required/mandatory
  • Demonstrated proficiency in outbound telesales techniques.
  • Exceptional negotiation and persuasion abilities.
  • Outstanding verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Experience in telesales, account management, or community sales, ideally within FMCG, fintech, or digital platforms.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills with MSME (Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises)/agent communities.
  • A target-driven mindset with the discipline to manage pipelines, follow through on leads, and report progress clearly.
  • Comfort with basic tools (e.g., spreadsheets and CRM) for tracking performance and planning outreach.
  • Willingness to work in and adapt to fast-paced operational needs.
