You don’t need to be a developer, but you should be confident discussing technical topics and representing experienced engineers during client interviews and intro calls.Your role is to serve as the voice of our developers, ensuring conversations flow naturally, technical capabilities are clearly conveyed, and all client details are captured accurately.Bonus if you’re familiar with tools like Python, Node.js, React, Wix, Wordpress, Shopify, SQL, Docker, Kubernetes, LangChain, FastAPI, n8n, Airflow, or cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, or Azure.Who We AreWe’re a trusted software development team delivering high-impact AI and automation solutions to clients across industries. Our top engineers frequently receive interview requests, but due to scheduling conflicts or full-time project commitments, they’re not always available. That’s where you come in.Who You AreYou’re articulate, confident, and skilled at translating complex tech topics into clear, client-friendly language. You're comfortable acting as a stand-in for senior developers, able to answer common technical questions, and savvy enough to recognize key project requirements during early-stage calls.Ideally, you’ve worked alongside technical teams or on projects involving machine learning models, data pipelines, web applications, e-commerce projects, or automation scripts. You understand how APIs work, what full-stack means, and can explain tech workflows even if you're not coding yourself.Your Responsibilities- Review the developer’s profile and meeting brief in advance- (Optional) Connect briefly with the developer before the call for alignment- Join client meetings (camera off), introduce yourself as the developer, and guide the conversation- Answer client questions based on the developer’s background and your understanding of relevant tech- Ask thoughtful, strategic questions to identify client needs- Take detailed notes and send a concise summary after each meeting- Highlight key action items or follow-ups for the actual developerRequirements- Native or near-native English fluency- Familiarity with technical topics including AI/ML, data science, automation, scripting, or software development- Professional, discreet, and reliable under pressure- Strong verbal communication and active listening skills- Willing to join calls with your camera off (unless otherwise requested)- Availability during U.S. business hours (EST–PST), at least 10 hours/week- Bonus: Experience working with developer teams, technical clients, or AI tools like LangChain, OpenAI, vector databases, etc.How to ApplyIf this sounds like a fit, please send a 2–3 minute Loom video ( Mandatoy ) & Latest Resume introducing yourself and your background-especially your experience with AI, data tools, or working with technical teams.
