Key Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end livestream commerce projects from kickoff to reporting
  • Lead post-campaign reviews and performance optimizations
  • Align livestream team (hosts, room management), short video team (script, shoot, edit), and ads team under one strategic plan
  • Act as the lead point of contact for clients, ensuring alignment and satisfaction
  • Monitor key metrics (viewership, conversion, ROI) and drive continuous improvement
  • Drive communication, task clarity, and accountability across departments
  • Ensure timely and high-quality output across livestreams, videos, and ads

Qualifications

  • 2+ years experience in e-commerce, project management, or TikTok operations
  • Strong understanding of TikTok livestream & short video commerce model
  • Excellent communication, coordination, and ownership mindset
  • Strong data literacy; able to interpret performance data and lead actionable adjustments
  • Fluent in English; Chinese is a plus
  • Able to manage multiple projects under pressure and tight timelines
