Key Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end livestream commerce projects from kickoff to reporting
- Lead post-campaign reviews and performance optimizations
- Align livestream team (hosts, room management), short video team (script, shoot, edit), and ads team under one strategic plan
- Act as the lead point of contact for clients, ensuring alignment and satisfaction
- Monitor key metrics (viewership, conversion, ROI) and drive continuous improvement
- Drive communication, task clarity, and accountability across departments
- Ensure timely and high-quality output across livestreams, videos, and ads
Qualifications
- 2+ years experience in e-commerce, project management, or TikTok operations
- Strong understanding of TikTok livestream & short video commerce model
- Excellent communication, coordination, and ownership mindset
- Strong data literacy; able to interpret performance data and lead actionable adjustments
- Fluent in English; Chinese is a plus
- Able to manage multiple projects under pressure and tight timelines
