We're looking for Operations Coordinator to join our team to help on our day to day operations, creating positive culture with one another.
You'll work at the intersection of operations: Central kitchen, Retails and online customers -- Making sure all items are well produced and delivered accordingly.
Operations Coordinator
The fun things you'll do:
1. Inventory Control: Check and manage order fulfillment and inventory at across all outlets.
2. Quality Control: Ensure booths, teams, and products are always on point, well displayed, and meeting safety QA & QC.
3. KPI Management: Monitor and evaluate staff performance, giving feedback and support.
4. Daily Logistics & Operations: Create and manage daily logistics for supplies, deliveries and operations to ensure smooth business flow.
5. Purchasing Administration: Prepare and distribute purchase orders to production.
Vendor & Logistics Liaison: Assist with management and communication with both vendors and logistics to ensure timely distribution and well shelf display.
Initiatives: Involve in operational improvements and cost-reduction initiatives.
The type of people we are looking for:
• Bachelor's or Diploma degree in Operations Management, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related filed
• Experience in operations or F&B management (1–3 years preferred)
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Hands-on, reliable, and detail-oriented
• Able to multitask and work both on-site and in the office
• A team player with a problem-solving mindset
• Thrives in a fast-paced and fast-growing environment
• Effective communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
• English speaking & writing preferred
