Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and ensure production processes are conducted in accordance with established quality standards.
  • Supervise cleaning and sanitation activities to comply with GMP and HACCP standards.
  • Verify that product formulas align with R&D standards before release.
  • Conduct product releasing or rejection decisions based on QC evaluations.
  • Plan and manage work schedules for the QC Field team.
  • Implement and monitor K3 (Occupational Safety and Health) practices within the QC area.
  • Initiate and support continuous improvement projects in the production process.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Food Technology, Chemical Engineering, or Chemistry.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience as a Quality Control professional in an FMCG or F&B manufacturing company.
  • Proficient in sampling techniques, titration, organoleptic analysis, and QC releasing methods.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead a team or manage QC-related projects.
  • Good understanding of GMP, 5R, and HACCP implementation.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
  • Disciplined, organized, and proactive in maintaining product quality.
  • Willing to be placed in Pondok Ungu, North Bekasi.
