Responsibilities:
- Monitor and ensure production processes are conducted in accordance with established quality standards.
- Supervise cleaning and sanitation activities to comply with GMP and HACCP standards.
- Verify that product formulas align with R&D standards before release.
- Conduct product releasing or rejection decisions based on QC evaluations.
- Plan and manage work schedules for the QC Field team.
- Implement and monitor K3 (Occupational Safety and Health) practices within the QC area.
- Initiate and support continuous improvement projects in the production process.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Food Technology, Chemical Engineering, or Chemistry.
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Quality Control professional in an FMCG or F&B manufacturing company.
- Proficient in sampling techniques, titration, organoleptic analysis, and QC releasing methods.
- Demonstrated ability to lead a team or manage QC-related projects.
- Good understanding of GMP, 5R, and HACCP implementation.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
- Disciplined, organized, and proactive in maintaining product quality.
- Willing to be placed in Pondok Ungu, North Bekasi.
