Requirements:

  • Bachelor/Master in Psychology, Law, Management, Industrial Engineering, or related.
  • 5–7 years HR experience, incl. 5 years in managerial role.
  • Background in ISP, tech, or telecom preferred.
  • Proficient in HRIS (Mekari Talenta a plus).
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws, IR, and compliance.
  • Skilled in HR strategy, recruitment, talent development, performance, and retention.
  • Experience in workforce planning, org design, KPIs, SOPs, and policies.
  • Fluent in English (verbal & written), Mandarin a plus.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop HR strategies, policies, workforce planning, and org structure.
  • Provide HR data/analysis for management decisions.
  • Lead recruitment, performance management, career development, and rewards.
  • Oversee payroll/benefits via HRIS (Talenta).
  • Manage salary structures, compliance, and labor relations.
  • Handle disputes, foster communication, and support change management.
  • Promote culture, engagement, and transformation initiatives.
