Job Desc:
- Staying up-to-date with changes in HR-related legislation and regulations to ensure the company's ongoing compliance
- Recruitment and Onboarding
- Conducting regular audits and reviews of HR policies, procedures and records to identify and address any compliance issues
- Employee Administration
- Handle BPJS, KITAS including registering and managing
- Liaising with external authorities and regulators as needed to address compliance-related inquiries or issues
- Maintaining comprehensive documentation and reporting on the company's HR compliance status
- Assist the audit team to Audit HR
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in an HR compliance or HR generalist role
- Strong understanding of Indonesian labour laws, HR regulations and best practices
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting
- Effective communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Law or a related field
- Work Placement : Pluit, North Jakarta
