Job Desc:

  • Staying up-to-date with changes in HR-related legislation and regulations to ensure the company's ongoing compliance
  • Recruitment and Onboarding
  • Conducting regular audits and reviews of HR policies, procedures and records to identify and address any compliance issues
  • Employee Administration
  • Handle BPJS, KITAS including registering and managing
  • Liaising with external authorities and regulators as needed to address compliance-related inquiries or issues
  • Maintaining comprehensive documentation and reporting on the company's HR compliance status
  • Assist the audit team to Audit HR

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in an HR compliance or HR generalist role
  • Strong understanding of Indonesian labour laws, HR regulations and best practices
  • Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in data analysis and reporting
  • Effective communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Law or a related field
  • Work Placement : Pluit, North Jakarta
