We’re looking for a proactive and opportunity-driven Junior Sales Partnership to help us grow our advertising and partnership initiatives. This role is ideal for someone who loves connecting with brands, spotting collaboration opportunities, and driving measurable results.
You’ll work closely with our business development and marketing teams to identify potential clients, build relationships, and deliver creative advertising solutions, including influencer & participant campaigns, event support, and product visibility initiatives.
What You’ll Do- Identify and approach brands that need campaign participants or influencer services
- Pitch and close deals for various advertising and partnership services (e.g., user activation, event attendance, product reviews, GMaps & e-commerce ratings, new app user acquisition, non-financial sector)
- Maintain strong communication and relationships with existing and potential clients
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of campaigns
- Monitor and report performance progress toward the monthly sales target
- Stay alert to new partnership opportunities and industry trends
- 1–2 years of experience in sales, partnerships, or business development , preferably in marketing, media, or advertising
- Proven ability to identify and close partnership opportunities
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Creative and tactical thinker, can connect business needs with advertising solutions
- Results-oriented with strong accountability for meeting monthly revenue targets (min. IDR 50M)
- Able to work independently and thrive in a fast-moving environment
