You'll create impact by

  • Regional Relationship Development (Surabaya/Java): Develop and nurture relationships with critical partners (Consultants, EPCs, SIs, etc.) across Surabaya, Central, and East Java to meet end-customer demand.
  • Portfolio Sales & Promotion: Possess a sales background in Electrical and Electronics (Fire Alarm, BMS, Low Voltage), and actively promote this portfolio to develop business in Indonesia.
  • Co-Creation & Solution Delivery: Leverage partner relationships to co-create and deliver innovative solutions that align with and drive Siemens' business goals.
  • Partner Expansion & Management: Actively search for new potential partners in the region while working closely to strengthen engagement with current existing business partners.

Your defining qualities:

  • Experience: At least 2–5 years of sales experience in the Electrical and Electronics industry, specifically with Fire Alarm, Building Management Systems (BMS), or Low Voltage portfolios.
  • Education: Hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree.
  • Language Proficiency: Must have good proficiency in English and be a native speaker of Bahasa Indonesia. (Mandarin proficiency is a plus).
  • Technical Expertise: Strong Electrical and Electronics system know-how is required.
  • Soft Skills: Proven ability in communication and presentation skills.
