Looking for a Marketing Partnership Manager with strong business and marketing instincts and a proven track record of creating collaborations and partnerships that generate high-quality, high-converting leads. Must have the ability to lead projects and teams with excellent execution
Responsibilities:
- Build the collaboration with companies that target SMEs by running co-marketing campaigns, strategic alliances, speaking engagements, collaborations & partnerships (joint webinars, collaborative content, email blasts, promos, etc.).
- Plan & monitor lead performance from each collaboration by working with the marketing & sales teams to convert leads into purchases.
- Manage the timeline, content, and execution of campaigns from start to finish and analyze campaign results (number of leads, conversions, ROI).
- Build a scalable collaboration system and campaign SOPs.
Requirements:
- Minimum education of Bachelor's degree, with at least 5 years of experience in partnership marketing, campaign management, or strategic partnerships at a national or large company related to communities, associations, government, or business to business (B2B).
- Understand how to create effective campaigns that are tailored to the audience and mutually beneficial.
- Experienced in negotiation and partnership management.
- Possesses business acumen and an understanding of SME market behavior.
- Communicative, capable of leading projects, and accustomed to cross-team collaboration.
- A background in startups, SaaS, edtech, or marketing agencies is a plus.
