Job Summary: We are seeking a Accounting Assistant Manager with a strong background in Financial Technology (Fintech).
Job Description- Assist in managing day-to-day accounting operations, including general ledger, AP/AR, fixed assets, and month-end closing.
- Review and ensure the accuracy of journal entries, account reconciliations, and supporting schedules.
- Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports in accordance with PSAK as required by regulators and other stakeholders.
- Coordinate with internal and external auditors, tax authorities, and other stakeholders.
- Supervise, guide, and develop accounting staff.
- Monitor compliance with internal controls and improve processes where needed.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
- Preferred background from a Public Accounting Firm.
- Preferred experience in a Listed Company or Financial Institution industry.
- Strong knowledge of PSAK and financial reporting standards.
- Experience with accounting systems.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
