Responsibilities:

  • Develop live streaming strategies and content concepts aligned with brand identity and target audience.
  • Plan and manage live streaming schedules, topics, and scripts in collaboration with the creative and marketing teams.
  • Train and guide hosts to communicate effectively and represent the brand image professionally.
  • Monitor live performance metrics (traffic, engagement rate, conversions) and provide insights for optimization.
  • Collaborate with e-commerce and related teams to ensure stock accuracy, SKU readiness, and promotional synchronization.
  • Create, manage, and maintain product links, SKUs, and campaign setups for live sessions on e-commerce platforms (Shopee, TikTok Shop, Tokopedia, etc.).
  • Build SKU data from scratch, ensuring each product is correctly listed, categorized, and linked to the inventory system for real-time stock synchronization.
  • Coordinate with the warehouse or inventory team to ensure product data, pricing, and stock availability are accurate before and during live sessions.
  • Supervise technical quality during live sessions, including lighting, audio, product display, and real-time engagement.
  • Lead and coordinate the livestream team (hosts, admins, and operators) to ensure smooth execution and target achievement.
  • Conduct market and competitor research to identify new trends and improve live content strategy.
  • Prepare weekly live performance reports and provide actionable improvement recommendations.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 1 years of experience in livestreaming or digital marketing (preferably within the beauty industry).
  • Strong understanding of livestream platforms such as TikTok Live, Shopee Live and etc.
  • Proficient in livestream technical setup, including creating product links, managing SKUs, and integrating stock systems with e-commerce platforms.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and time management skills.
  • Creative, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiar with data analysis and livestream performance metrics (conversion rate, viewer engagement, CTR).
