  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in English
  • Have experience as Customer Service in FMCG Industry for at least 2 years
  • Able to collaborate with external and internal stakeholders
  • Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
  • Proven customer handling skills and a customer satisfaction focus
  • Familiar with CRM or Marketing Automation platform is a plus
