Job Responsibilities
Collect and analyze market trends, competitive dynamics, and customer needs in the Indonesian electrical industry (low-voltage/medium-voltage/high-voltage switchgear and components).
Plan and execute marketing activities such as exhibitions, technical seminars, and customer events; prepare promotional materials in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
Manage the company website, social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram), and Indonesian B2B platforms (Tokopedia, Indotrading, etc), and optimize online marketing performance.
Provide the sales team with market data, product information, and support for the marketing section of tender documents.
Establish and maintain relationships with industry associations, media, and partners to enhance brand awareness.
Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in Marketing, Electrical Engineering, Automation, or related fields.
Minimum 3 years of B2B industrial product marketing experience; experience in the electrical industry is preferred.
Familiar with Indonesian local industry exhibitions, B2B platforms, and social media operations.
Strong skills in event planning, marketing content creation, and data analysis.
Fluent in English (English is used as the daily working language).
