Responsibilities:
- Present company's programs/products to clients and partners.
- Support sales team in pitching and project presentations.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and lead negotiations with clients/brands.
- Lead campaigns/events and coordinate across divisions (production, digital, creative, operations).
- Evaluate campaigns/events and provide improvements for future projects.
- Act as the main liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure expectations are met.
- Create project timelines and monitor progress according to deadlines and budgets.
- Manage project administration (documentation, reports, financial basics).
- Maintain strong relationships with clients to build long-term partnerships.
- Anticipate and resolve issues during project preparation and execution.
Requirements:
- Minimum Bachelor's degree (S1).
- 3–4 years of experience as Account Executive/Project Executive, preferably handling event projects.
- Strong understanding of event workflow (planning, execution, evaluation).
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written.
- Able to prepare quotations and negotiate with clients/brands.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of handling multiple projects at once.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Able to evaluate campaigns/events and suggest improvements.
- Willing to work under pressure with tight deadlines.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Canva.
- Comfortable working mobile (meetings with clients and field coordination).
- Knowledgeable about creative industry trends, especially K-Pop.
