Qualifications
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Bachelor's Accounting or Economic
- Have a good SAP skill
- Minimum 3 years' experience as Finance/Accounting Supervisor
- Good understanding of customs process
- Very good knowledge & skill on MS. Excel
- Have a good Leadership and Analytical Skill
- Familiar with Tax & PSAK literature
- Supervise Account Payable/Procure to Pay Activities: Process vendor invoices with 3 ways match method and monitor GRIR account.
- General Accounting Support: Periodically check balance sheet & P&L accounts for all profit center.
- Monitoring Fixed Asset: Involve in FA acquisition process, monitor fixed asset under construction and conduct FA verification.
- Financial Accounting – Expenses Claim Controller: Verify expenses claim to ensure comply with expenses policy.
- Ensure waste sale process comply with policy and and contract sale etc.
