Job Description:
- Collaborate with customer HR to identify business needs and requirements.
- Develop a migration plan with the team, mapping business needs to system capabilities.
- Map business needs and system capabilities. Provide system solutions, work around to meet business needs.
- Conduct system configuration, demos, user acceptance testing, system integration testing, and key user training.
- Mantaining and support to client includes technical advice, creating reports, data analysis and correction
- Prepare project deliverable such as : system solution design, and user guide
Qualifications:
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology, Psychology, Information Systems, or a related field (GPA ≥ 3.20)
- At least have 5 years of work experience in implementing and managing HRIS systems, Coverage modules:
- Core (Organization Development, Personnel Management, Employee life cycle workflow)
- Time management
- Performance management
- Recuitment
- Possesses good English language proficiency
- Proficiency in Mandarin language is a must
- Ability to work effectively in a team
- Required Skills: Experience with Darwinbox Application
- Having excellent interpersonal and teamwork skill
