- Saturday: 09.00 – 17.00
Wonder Universe is an indoor educational theme park designed to provide fun and interactive learning experiences for children. We are looking for an energetic, professional, and collaborative individual to join our growing team in Alam Sutera.
Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Management, or a related field
- 2–3 years of experience in Human Resources
- Proficient in English (spoken and written)
- Preferably experienced in HR Operations, especially in theme park, hospitality, or retail industries
- Strong knowledge of attendance, payroll, recruitment, training, and HR administration
- Able to prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports accurately
- Comfortable working with both HQ and on-site operational teams
- Emotionally resilient, team-oriented, and proactive in solving problems
- Manage end-to-end HR processes (recruitment, onboarding, attendance, and employee administration)
- Coordinate between HQ and on-site operational teams for HR and manpower needs
- Prepare and submit HR reports regularly
- Maintain a positive and productive work environment
- Handle day-to-day HR operational matters at the theme park
