Job Description

We are seeking a passionate and proactive Business Development Intern to join our growing team. In this role, you'll assist in identifying growth opportunities, building partnerships, and supporting the overall sales pipeline. If you're curious about how businesses scale, love talking to people, and are eager to learn, this role is for you.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct market research to identify potential leads, trends, and competitors.
  • Assist in building and maintaining a lead database.
  • Reach out to prospective clients through email, LinkedIn, or WhatsApp.
  • Help prepare proposals, pitch decks, and client presentations.
  • Support the BD team in client meetings, follow-ups, and deal tracking.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing and product teams to align strategies.
  • Report weekly progress and provide input on improving outreach strategies.

Requirements

  • Undergraduate student or fresh graduate in Marketing, Communication, Public Relations, or related field
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills (written and verbal).
  • Confident in conducting research and initiating contact with new people.
  • Able to work independently and in a team with strong attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn, Google Workspace, and presentation tools.
  • Interest in sales, business strategy, partnerships, or entrepreneurship.
