Job Description:
Analytics & Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyze campaign performance through KPIs, generating reports on customer acquisition costs (CAC), lifetime value (LTV), and return on investment (ROI).
Lead and Sales Generation: Develop and execute lead generation campaigns, implementing funnels that attract and convert leads for TCL, Corporate and Franchise business pillar. Deliver sales targets for TCL online arm via online paid campaigns.
Omnichannel Campaign Lead: Work with marketing and social marketing lead to design and manage multi-channel marketing campaigns that integrate social media, email marketing, and paid media for maximum impact.
Marketing Automation: Work with inhouse IT to utilize marketing automation tools to optimize and streamline digital marketing workflows and customer journeys.
Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends and competitors to identify opportunities for brand penetration in new markets and category growth in current online market in Singapore.
Digital Strategy Development: Craft and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies tailored to each subsidiary's target audience and goals.
Paid Media Campaigns: Manage paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.) to optimize reach and performance.
SEM: Develop search engine marketing (SEM) strategies to enhance organic traffic and search rankings. This is to be done with check with SEO team to ensure tandem effort.
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing and growth strategy.
- Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Facebook Ads, SEO, SEM, and analytics tools.
- Proficient in marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo) and CRM systems.
- Ability to manage budgets and optimize for cost-efficiency.
