- Control and direct the food preparation process and other relative activities.
- Supervise the work of Kitchen line and Cook
- Able to have a hygiene and sanitary standard and applied it daily
- Able to arrange the workflow and kitchen crew to the standard operational procedure
- Train, mentor, and supervise kitchen staff to build a motivated and skilled team.
- Collaborate with management on menu planning, seasonal promotions, and special events.
- Monitor kitchen operations and continuously improve processes and service standards.
