What You'll Do
- Partner with Sales to identify client needs and craft optimal IT solutions.
- Deliver technical presentations and consultations throughout the sales process.
- Act as the bridge between clients and internal technical teams to ensure solutions meet business objectives.
- Prepare and manage technical proposals, product specifications, and Proof of Concept (PoC).
- Stay ahead of technology developments to offer innovative, future-ready solutions.
What We're Looking For
- 3–5 years of Presales experience in the IT Consulting industry.
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field from a reputable university.
- Strong knowledge of IT Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC), IT Service Management, and Cyber Security.
- Candidates should understand
at least two
of the following: ISO 27001, ISO 20000, COBIT 2019, ITIL v4, TOGAF and Penetration Testing (CEH).
- Hands-on experience developing proposals, delivering demos, and compiling PoCs.
- Excellent communication & presentation skills, with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Professional certifications (COBIT, ITIL, ISO 27001, ISO 20000, NIST, Cybersecurity, or Project Management) will be a strong plus.
