Role Overview
We are seeking a
HR Business Partner (HRBP)
Manager
to lead the HRBP function in Indonesia. This role will act as a strategic partner to the business, driving people strategies that support growth, transformation, and localization while ensuring alignment with Geely's global HR practices.
Qualifications
- 4+ years of HR experience
, with at least 3 years in a HRBP role (automotive or manufacturing industry preferred). - Fluent in English and Chinese (working-level proficiency is mandatory)
to liaise with regional/global stakeholders. - Proven track record in organizational development, talent management, and change management.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor law and HR practices.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
- Hands-on, strategic, and adaptable in a fast-growing, 0-to-1 environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with senior leadership to design and execute HR strategies aligned with business goals.
- Lead workforce planning, talent acquisition, and onboarding to support rapid expansion.
- Drive performance management, employee engagement, and organizational development initiatives.
- Act as a cultural bridge between HQ (China) and local operations, ensuring smooth communication and collaboration.
- Provide guidance on employee relations, labor law compliance, and HR policies in Indonesia.
- Identify and develop high-potential local talents to support leadership pipeline.
- Lead, coach, and develop the HRBP team to deliver business-centric HR support.
