Job Responsibilities:

  • Sales & Key Account Management

  • Manage day-to-day sales activities for assigned MT accounts

  • Negotiate shelf space, display placements, and promotional agreements with buyers.
  • Monitor sell-in and sell-out performance, ensuring targets are consistently achieved.
  • Conduct regular business reviews with key account buyers to identify opportunities for growth.

2. Merchandising & Store Execution

  • Ensure product availability and zero stock-outs across all MT outlets.
  • Implement planogram compliance and maintain premium visibility in all assigned stores.
  • Execute in-store promotions, secondary displays, and POSM placement to maximize consumer engagement.
  • Monitor competitors' activities (pricing, promotions, availability & visibility) and provide actionable insights.

3. Reporting & Data Management

  • Track and report sales performance, market share, and inventory movement for MT accounts.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports for management review.
  • Provide store-level insights and feedback to improve product strategies.

4. Collaboration & Coordination

  • Work closely with the Marketing Team to roll out promotional campaigns, sampling, and consumer engagement activities in MT stores.
  • Coordinate with the Supply Chain team to ensure smooth product distribution and timely replenishment.
  • Support field sales teams by providing updated information on pricing, product listings, and promo programs.

Job Requirements:

  • Experience: Fresh Graduate or minimum 1-2 years in Merchandiser, key account management, from lifestyle products tobacco, e-cigarette, alcohol industry or hospitality are really welcome
  • Strong knowledge of nightlife culture and consumer behavior in Jakarta or Bali : Denpasar, Kuta, Canggu, Seminyak, Ubud, Uluwatu, Nusa Penida, Kuta Lombok, Gili Island & Sumba or tourist area.
  • Well-connected with key stakeholders in Key Account outlets (owners, managers, promoters).
  • Proven ability to drive sales and execute activation programs.
  • Excellent negotiation, networking, and communication skills.
  • Enthusiastic, proactive, and results-oriented.
  • Willing to travel within assigned areas.
