Job description:
1. Monitoring Contact center operations and coordinating to maintain KPI achievement according to SLA.
2. Carry out the primary responsibilities of the position applied for in order to support the Contact center team
3. Coaching, training, monitoring to Contact center Agents.
4. Analyze and assess the performance of the Contact center Agent.
5. Identifying areas for improvement and implement action plans

Requirement:
1. Must have at least 1 year of experience in a Contact center team, as a TL, TQA or Supervisor.
2. Educational Background Min D3 all literature with GPA min 2.75 preferred
3. Active and Good communication in English (Min B2)
4. Understand the job desk according to the position applied for
5. Willing to place in Yogyakarta
