Role Description

This is a full-time role for General Affairs (Mandarin Speaker) at Yadea Indonesia. The General Affairs role involves managing daily office operations, handling administrative tasks, maintaining office facilities, and ensuring a smooth workflow. The candidate will assist with communication between Indonesian and Mandarin-speaking staff, manage company assets, coordinate events, and support the HR department. This is an on-site role located in Central Cikarang.

Qualifications

  • Fluency in both Mandarin and Indonesian languages.
  • Experience in administrative tasks, office operations, and facility management.
  • Strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software tools.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field is an advantage.
  • Previous experience in a similar role within a corporate environment is beneficial.
