Position Summary:

The CRM Intern will support the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) team in managing customer data, monitoring engagement, and assisting in executing CRM initiatives. This role provides hands-on experience in using CRM systems, analyzing customer behavior, and supporting marketing and loyalty programs to improve customer satisfaction and retention.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in maintaining and updating customer databases to ensure data accuracy and completeness.
  • Support the execution of CRM campaigns and activities, including email, SMS, or in-app communication.
  • Help analyze customer behavior and engagement metrics to identify insights and opportunities for improvement.
  • Coordinate with marketing, operations, and IT teams to support CRM-related projects or automation.
  • Assist in generating and organizing CRM reports, dashboards, and campaign results.
  • Support day-to-day administrative tasks and documentation for CRM programs.
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions to improve customer experience and retention strategies.

Position Requirements:

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Information Systems, or related fields.
  • Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
  • Good analytical and communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets (experience with CRM software is a plus).
  • Eager to learn about customer engagement, marketing automation, and data-driven decision making.
  • Able to work collaboratively and manage multiple tasks effectively.
