Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Account Manager located in Jakarta, Indonesia. The Senior Account Manager will be responsible for managing relationships with key clients, overseeing account activities, developing and executing strategic plans, and ensuring client satisfaction. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating with internal teams, monitoring project timelines, preparing reports, and addressing client inquiries and concerns in a timely manner. The role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and a deep understanding of client needs and industry trends.
