- Manage the CEO's schedule, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare documents, reports, and presentations.
- Act as translator (English Bahasa) and handle correspondence.
- Follow up on decisions and action items.
- Support daily operations, and administrative tasks.
- Handle confidential information with discretion.
- Female, with pleasant and professional appearance.
- Bachelor's degree and Fluent in English (written & spoken).
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Able to work under pressure and flexible hours.
- Good teamwork, integrity, and attention to detail.
- Proficient in MS Office and general computer operations.
