Responsibilties:
- Technical Analysis: Assess technical requirements for new projects and systems. Analyse existing systems and processes to identify areas for improvement.
- System Integration: Collaborate with IT teams to design and implement system integrations, ensuring alignment with business objectives and technical specifications.
- Data Analysis: Collect, interpret, and present data related to system performance and technical issues. Develop reports and dashboards to support decision-making.
- Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve technical issues, working closely with support teams and vendors to ensure prompt resolution.
- Documentation: Create and maintain detailed documentation for technical processes, system configurations, and project specifications.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Liaise with business units and technical teams to gather requirements, provide updates, and ensure alignment with project goals.
- Compliance & Security: Ensure all technical solutions comply with regulatory requirements and internal security policies.
- Continuous Improvement: Recommend and implement improvements to enhance system efficiency, reliability, and user experience.
