Job Description Responsibilities
  • Business Partner between Finance & Operations (Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Procurement, GPD)
  • Lead the monthly closing process for production and supply‑chain related activities – liaise with the Accounting team
  • Set up and review Bill of Material (BOM) in ERP for control over material consumption
  • Ensure and establish proper accounting of Direct Cost and Manufacturing overhead
  • Monitor manufacturing variance (Price Variance, Material Variance)
  • Design and establish control over inventory management, including inventory movement analysis & reporting
  • Design and establish control over scrap management
  • Partner with Operations team to prepare, analyze, monitor and control Manufacturing overhead/cost and Manufacturing Saving Initiatives
  • Establish control over plant procurement
  • Establish control over freight cost (freight in‑out)
  • Partner with Operations team to monitor Operations MDIs and Operations Incentive Plans (OIP)
  • Coordinate with other departments within the organization
Qualifications
  • Bachelor Degree in Accounting
  • Experience in Product Costing, minimum 5 years
  • Analytical skill
  • Understanding of Internal Control
  • Proficient in English communication
  • High level of proficiency on Microsoft Excel
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage people
  • Ability to work cross‑functional teams
