Job Description Responsibilities- Business Partner between Finance & Operations (Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Procurement, GPD)
- Lead the monthly closing process for production and supply‑chain related activities – liaise with the Accounting team
- Set up and review Bill of Material (BOM) in ERP for control over material consumption
- Ensure and establish proper accounting of Direct Cost and Manufacturing overhead
- Monitor manufacturing variance (Price Variance, Material Variance)
- Design and establish control over inventory management, including inventory movement analysis & reporting
- Design and establish control over scrap management
- Partner with Operations team to prepare, analyze, monitor and control Manufacturing overhead/cost and Manufacturing Saving Initiatives
- Establish control over plant procurement
- Establish control over freight cost (freight in‑out)
- Partner with Operations team to monitor Operations MDIs and Operations Incentive Plans (OIP)
- Coordinate with other departments within the organization
- Bachelor Degree in Accounting
- Experience in Product Costing, minimum 5 years
- Analytical skill
- Understanding of Internal Control
- Proficient in English communication
- High level of proficiency on Microsoft Excel
- Ability to work under pressure and manage people
- Ability to work cross‑functional teams
