About the Role

We are seeking a diligent, organized, and professional assistant mmanager to join our team at PT Barong Agung Nusantara. This role requires flexibility, as the successful candidate must be willing to work on a rotational basis: 2 weeks in Jakarta and 2 weeks in Surabaya.

The ideal candidate must be ready to join immediately (within this week) to support our executive team and ensure smooth business operations.
What You'll Be Doing

  • Providing a wide range of administrative and secretarial support, including scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and coordinating travel arrangements.
  • Assisting with the preparation of presentations, reports, and other documents, as well as serving as a translator when needed.
  • Handling incoming calls, emails, and correspondence in a professional and efficient manner.
  • Organising and maintaining company files and records.
  • Providing support for events and meetings, including booking venues, arranging catering, and taking minutes.
  • Anticipating executives' needs and proactively addressing them.
  • Demonstrating a high level of discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
  • Responsible for processing Halal and BPOM permits.

What We're Looking For
  • At least 2–3 years of experience as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant in a similar role.
  • Willingness to work on a rotational basis: 2 weeks in Jakarta and 2 weeks in Surabaya.
  • Availability to join immediately (within this week).
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and work under pressure.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other office software.
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and problem-solving mindset.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Commitment to providing excellent support and service.
