Responsibilities:
- Design competencies, syllabus, training modules, and determine appropriate learning methods and media.
- Develop the annual training plan based on the results of the Training Needs Analysis (TNA).
- Prepare and manage the training budget in line with priority scale and organizational needs.
- Compile development reports as the basis for improvement and formulation of subsequent training programs.
- Deliver training directly or in collaboration with external providers.
- Conduct tiered evaluations to measure training effectiveness.
- Ensure all training programs are implemented effectively, efficiently, and in accordance with the objectives.
- Continuously enhance employee competencies through targeted training programs.
- Provide data and analysis of training outcomes as the basis for improvements and HR strategic decisions.
Qualifications:
- Minimum Bachelor's degree (S1) in Psychology, Human Resource Management, Education, or a related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Learning & Development FMCG business, with proven experience in designing and implementing training programs.
- Proficient in conducting TNAs, training design, and training evaluation cycles.
- Skilled in developing syllabi and training modules based on competency requirements.
- Capable of facilitating training effectively.
- Strong analytical, presentation, and communication skills.
