Jobdesc :

Planning and supervising the end-to-end process of building and facilities maintenance, including implementing building safety procedures and emergency plans, supervising maintenance operational staff, performing routine building, machine, tools, vehicle, utility inspections.
Receiving breakdown reports and planning building and facilities maintenance actions.
Ensuring buildings and facilities comply with relevant codes and regulations

Requirments :

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical engineering, or a relevant field.
Solid experience in Facility Management/Building Management with a minimum of 3 years
Skills in CAD will be advantages.
Proficient in using Microsoft Office
Proficient in english (oral and written)
Familiarity with Facility Management SOPs, HSE, and Asset Management.
Understanding of ISO 9001:2015
