Responsibilities
- Lead overall hotel operations to ensure efficiency and high service standards.
- Manage and develop staff, including recruitment, training, and performance evaluation.
- Develop business strategies to increase revenue and profitability.
- Oversee marketing and promotional efforts, especially to attract tourists to Magelang.
- Maintain strong guest relations and collaborate with local tourism stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with operational standards, legal regulations, and safety protocols.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of managerial experience in the hotel or hospitality industry.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage diverse teams effectively.
- Strong understanding of hotel operations, guest services, and financial management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Familiarity with tourism trends and guest expectations in the Magelang area is a plus.
- Ability to work under pressure and adapt to a dynamic environment.
