Job Description:
- Develop and implement comprehensive sales and marketing plans to identify and secure new business opportunities, driving revenue growth and market expansion.
- Foster strong, long-term relationships with existing and potential clients, understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions that meet their expectations.
- Conduct thorough market research to stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities, ensuring our strategies remain competitive and innovative.
- Generate and nurture high-quality leads, driving pipeline growth and conversion through strategic engagement and follow-up.
- Prepare and present high-impact proposals, presentations, and marketing materials that effectively communicate our value proposition and unique selling points.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal stakeholders, including sales, marketing, and customer service teams, to deliver exceptional customer experiences and drive business outcomes.
- Bachelor's Degree in Chinese Literature / International Business Management / Marketing with minimum GPA 3.00 from reputable university.
- At least 2 years of working experience as Supply Chain Management, or related field
- Having great connection and willingness to cooperation for future company development business
- Fluent in written and oral communication skills, in Mandarin and English is a must.
- Strong leadership, independent, strong analytical thinking, good communication & good interpersonal skill
- Having basic knowledge of transportation regulations and logistics practices
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel (expert level)
