Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in marketing or brand management, preferably within QSR or F&B industries.
  • Proven leadership experience managing marketing teams and cross-functional projects.
  • Strong expertise in strategic marketing planning, budgeting, and ROI analysis.
  • Advanced skills in digital marketing channels (SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing) and traditional media.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint with advanced data analysis and reporting capabilities.
  • Excellent communication skills with ability to influence and align stakeholders across departments.
  • Creative thinker with a track record of developing and executing successful campaigns.
  • Highly organized and able to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously.
Responsibilities

Strategic Planning & Leadership

  • Collaborate with the Operations team to develop sales and revenue budgets, driving strategic growth initiatives.
  • Lead the creation and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social, print, in-store, and traditional channels.
  • Stay updated on marketing trends, technologies, and best practices, especially within the QSR and F&B industries.
  • Represent the company as a brand ambassador to internal and external stakeholders.

Sales & Budgeting

  • Align marketing objectives with overall business goals to achieve sales targets.
  • Manage the full marketing budget, ensuring cost efficiency and strong ROI.

Digital & Online Strategy

  • Optimize digital platforms, including websites and social media, to enhance engagement and conversions.
  • Oversee performance marketing, email campaigns, and social media activities to drive customer acquisition and retention.

Market & Consumer Insights

  • Conduct market research to identify consumer trends, competitive positioning, and growth opportunities.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics to continuously refine marketing strategies.

Cross-functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with Operations, Finance, Real Estate, and Supply Chain teams for strategic alignment.
  • Manage relationships with external agencies and partners to ensure effective campaign execution.

Advertising & Promotions

  • Develop and implement advertising and promotional initiatives aligned with brand objectives.
  • Support store-level marketing activities, including new store openings and community events.

Creative Development & Brand Consistency

  • Lead the development of marketing materials such as menus, signage, and promotional content.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all customer touchpoints.

Team Leadership & Development

  • Mentor and inspire a team of marketing professionals, fostering collaboration and innovation.

Aggregator Platform Marketing

  • Build strategic partnerships and campaigns with food delivery platforms (e.g., GrabFood, Gojek, etc.) to increase visibility and sales.
  • Analyze campaign performance data to identify insights and optimize future initiatives.
