The Corporate & Event Sales Manager is responsible for driving revenue growth through the acquisition and management of corporate clients, private events, and group bookings. This role focuses on developing strategic partnerships, designing customized event and catering packages, and ensuring excellent service delivery to enhance the coffee shop's brand and profitability.
Key Responsibilities:Sales & Business Development
- Identify, target, and develop new business opportunities in corporate, event, and group segments.
- Prepare and implement sales strategies, action plans, and campaigns to achieve revenue targets.
- Develop customized proposals and event packages that align with client needs and brand standards.
- Conduct sales calls, client visits, presentations, and negotiations to secure event and corporate contracts.
- Maintain a strong sales pipeline and client database using CRM tools.
Client Relationship Management
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with corporate clients, event organizers, and community partners.
- Serve as the main point of contact for all corporate and event inquiries.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business through proactive service and follow-up.
- Collaborate with internal teams (operations, kitchen, barista, marketing) to ensure smooth event execution.
Event Coordination
- Work closely with operations to manage event logistics, including setup, catering, and service flow.
- Monitor and evaluate event quality and client feedback to improve service standards.
- Manage budgets, pricing, and cost control for each event to ensure profitability.
Reporting & Analysis
- Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports, including revenue performance, pipeline updates, and market insights.
- Analyze sales trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
- Provide input for menu development and promotional ideas based on client preferences and event trends.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in corporate sales, event sales, or hospitality/F&B sales.
- Proven record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong networking, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Excellent organizational and project management abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
- Creative, service-oriented, and passionate about events and hospitality.
