Requirement :

  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Culinary Science, Food Technology, or a related field.

  • Certifications in training and development (e.g., Train the Trainer or similar programs) would be an advantage.

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as L&D or Training Manager, particularly in FnB Industry

  • Proven experience in professional kitchen management, with a solid understanding of cooking processes, kitchen management, and food safety procedures.

  • Experience in designing, developing, and implementing training programs related to kitchen operations and restaurant services.

  • Demonstrated ability to manage classroom-based training effectively, including both technical skills (e.g., cooking methods and recipes) and non-technical skills (e.g., leadership and customer service).

  • Ability to develop training materials related to food products (recipes, cooking techniques, and presentation standards) as well as behavioral training (e.g., service, leadership, and communication).

  • Skilled in performance evaluation and employee needs analysis to identify specific training requirements.

  • Proficiency in learning management systems (LMS) and other software tools used for training delivery and management.
