Role Description

This is a 6 months contract role for an IT Project Manager - Infrastructure. Located on-site in Jakarta, Indonesia, the IT Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing infrastructure projects, managing project timelines, and ensuring successful project delivery. Day-to-day tasks include project planning, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and maintaining clear communication with stakeholders to achieve project objectives.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree of Computer Science or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in IT project management with a strong background in PMO roles.
  • Proven ability to manage infrastructure projects including planning, execution, and closure while handling objectives, scope, resources, finances, risks, and communication.
  • Experienced in project scoping, planning, budgeting, scheduling, stakeholder engagement, risk and issue management, and vendor/contract management.
  • Good understanding of IT infrastructure such as system infrastructure migration, integration, network and security infrastructure, and end-user computing & collaboration platforms.
  • Skilled in establishing and running PMO standards, templates, tools, governance, portfolio management, prioritization, and performance tracking.
  • Strong capability in resource planning, capacity management, project audits, and compliance.
  • Adept at standardizing project delivery across teams and coordinating with stakeholders, vendors, and suppliers.
  • Experienced in consolidating project statuses, managing escalations, reporting risks, and supporting project teams in achieving milestones.
  • Proficient in creating and maintaining project documentation including plans, deliverables checklists, and final reports.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and executive presentation skills with strong ability to communicate across all levels.
