Project Account Executive

Responsibilities:

Establish regular customers and maintaining them, the customers including Developers/Owners, Structural Consultants, QS and Contractors for industrial, mining, infrastructures, utilities and building projects

Requirements:

  • Age years and above
  • Preferably Civil Engineering or Achitecture graduate
  • Graduated from Reputable University (S1)
  • At least 3 years Experience as Sales for projects
  • Having good connections with the decision makers of project owners, developers, structural consultants, QS and contractors
  • Highly motivated and fast learner
  • Able to overcome challenges and capable of achieving sales targets
  • Self driven & result oriented
  • Preferably owns vehicle
  • Computer and Internet literate

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Establishing a communicative business relationship with all prospective clients to gain a friendly professional rapport ensuring each project or order is controlled to a high standard of quality ensuring an impeccable long term reputation and image for Cementaid.
  • Meet with Architects, Engineer, Developers, Building Contractors and hardware outlets with the view to obtaining specification or direct sales of Cementaid product and system.
  • Monitoring progress of product from initial specification through to payment by customers.
  • Monitor implementation of products (Diamite, Rokite, Caltite, Aquapel & 3CC) on site where Cementaid has direct involvement including staff supervision where required.
  • Ensure all documentation involved in sales and customer liaison is completed and maintained.
  • Achievement of all sales targets, both monthly and annually, as set from time to time by management.
  • Assistance where required in all aspects of debtor control.
  • Timely reporting to management of daily activities as required including attendance at, and individual report to, sales meetings.
  • Strict cost control of personal expensive including entertainment, fuel, and mobile phone expenses.
  • Maximum input into the implementation and maintenance of ISO 9001:2015 Systems.
  • Engineer a business like and cooperative working relationship with all staff members.
  • Any other duties as detailed by any Director, Regional Manager or National Sales Manager.
