About the role

As a Corporate HR Payroll Assistant Manager at Cimory Group, you will play a vital role in ensuring the accurate and timely processing of payroll for our diverse workforce. Responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of payroll operations across the organization. This role ensures accurate and timely payroll processing, compliance with local labor laws and tax regulations, and the implementation of efficient payroll systems and policies. The leader also collaborates closely with HR, Finance, and other departments to support organizational goals.

What you'll be doing

  • Manage the end-to-end payroll process, including data gathering, calculations, tax compliance, and reporting
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders, such as HR and Finance teams, to resolve payroll-related queries and ensure accurate record-keeping
  • Ensure accuracy of salary calculations, overtime, incentives, and deductions.
  • Review and approve payroll reports, ensuring compliance with policies and statutory requirements.
  • Coordinate payroll disbursement and reconciliation with Finance and Accounting teams.
  • Stay up-to-date with relevant labour laws, tax regulations, and industry best practices to maintain compliance
  • Assist in the implementation and maintenance of payroll systems and processes

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of payroll experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial/supervisory role.
  • Strong understanding of payroll processing, tax regulations, and labour laws in Indonesia
  • Proficient in using payroll software and HR information systems
  • Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and communicate effectively
  • Willing to be placed in Meruya, West Jakarta
