You'll combine high-taste design with short-form video to bring Samara's ultra-premium story to life—across packaging, print, and TikTok/Instagram.
What you'll do (Key Responsibilities)Design (≈50%)
Develop print-ready packaging (dielines, bleeds, spot colors for foil/emboss/deboss).
- Create brand assets: labels, stickers, swing tags, POS, event collateral, menus.
- Maintain the brand kit (logo, type, color, grids) in Figma; produce photorealistic mockups.
- Coordinate with printers; review proofs; ensure color accuracy and finish specs.
Social Content (≈50%)
Plan, shoot, and edit TikTok/IG Reels (15–30s), Stories, and Carousels.
- Write hooks, captions, hashtags; publish on a content calendar; track basics in Insights.
- Capture product photos/short clips (tabletop, macro, "shine/snap/pour/ASMR" shots).
- Localize trends to a luxury tone; collaborate on creator/UGC briefs.
- Print jobs reach first press proof with ≤1 revision.
- Weekly: 3–5 Reels, 8–12 Stories, 1–2 Carousels, plus 2–3 design assets.
- Reels 7-day averages: view-through ≥40%, saves+shares ≥5% of views, profile-visit rate ≥1.5%.
- Brand consistency score ≥90% on monthly audit.
- Strong typography, layout, hierarchy; portfolio with at least 2 print pieces and 1 brand system.
- Hands-on with Illustrator, Photoshop, Figma; basic pre-press/CMYK/Pantone/spot color.
- Short-form editing in CapCut (preferred) or Premiere; subtitles, pacing, audio timing.
- Comfortable shooting product content with a phone; basic lighting and composition.
- Taste for ultra-premium brands (patisserie, tea, chocolate, luxury goods) and the ability to explain why they work.
Nice-to-haves: After Effects (simple motion), 3D mockups (Blender/KeyShot), Lightroom, basic product retouch.
