  • Responsible for food preparation before production
  • Manage processes of food consistently as per standard of recipe and preparing element of dishes
  • Ensure consistent food quality
  • Maintain a clean and organize work station
  • Restock and involved in inventory

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum High School graduate of culinary / food production
  • Minimum 1 year of working experience as a la carte and garde manger
  • Experience in the flow of DML - Daily Market List
  • Computer literate (MS Office)
  • Effective communication skill, customer service oriented, detailed and proactive
  • Willing to work in shifting system
  • Willing to be placed in Rancamaya - Bogor
