- Responsible for food preparation before production
- Manage processes of food consistently as per standard of recipe and preparing element of dishes
- Ensure consistent food quality
- Maintain a clean and organize work station
- Restock and involved in inventory
Job Requirements:
- Minimum High School graduate of culinary / food production
- Minimum 1 year of working experience as a la carte and garde manger
- Experience in the flow of DML - Daily Market List
- Computer literate (MS Office)
- Effective communication skill, customer service oriented, detailed and proactive
- Willing to work in shifting system
- Willing to be placed in Rancamaya - Bogor
