Role Description: Sales Specialist Reisopack / Movitec - Indonesia
We are looking for experienced and highly motivated Sales Specialist to join our amazing team in Indonesia. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for promoting and selling Reisopack strapping and Movitec wrapping equipment, as well as providing excellent customer service to clients. Daily tasks include identifying potential customers, presenting product offerings, negotiating sales agreements, and maintaining client relationships.

The
Sales Specialist
promotes and sells
Reisopack / Movitec equipment
in the Indonesian market. In this role, you will combine technical expertise with strong sales acumen to deliver tailored solutions to clients across various industries.
Full training on the products (Reisopack & Movitec) will be provided.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Business Development
- Promote and sell Reisopack / Movitec equipment to customers in manufacturing, logistics, packaging, and agriculture sectors
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities across Indonesia
- Conduct client meetings, site visits, and technical demonstrations
- Prepare and deliver professional sales proposals and quotations
Technical Consultation
- Understand customer needs and recommend the most suitable Reisopack / Movitec models and configurations
- Serve as the technical point of contact during pre-sales and initial implementation phases
- Liaise with internal technical and service teams for solution customization and support
Customer Relationship Management
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and channel partners
- Provide timely follow-ups, feedback, and after-sales support coordination
- Maintain a strong understanding of market trends, competitor offerings, and customer feedback
Reporting & Collaboration
- Maintain accurate records of sales activity, customer interactions, and pipeline forecasts
- Collaborate closely with the marketing and product teams to support promotional campaigns and product rollouts
- Provide market intelligence and insights to management to guide business strategy
Qualifications & Skills:
- A bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- At least 3–5 years of sales experience
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities
- Demonstrated ability to negotiate effectively and close sales
- Experience selling products in industrial and packaging equipment
- Comfortable using sales tools like CRM software and Excel
- Ability to travel and attend trade shows when needed
- Ability to analyse sales data and market trends
- English speaking is required
